Topaz Engineering Supply, Inc. offers full service /maintenance contracts which cover all labor, travel and parts that may need to be replaced.

We also offer on-site professional installation services of all models we sell including full network integration.

Don't have a Service Contract? No Problem. We offer a variety of affordable time and materials rates and the quick response time you need to get your plotter or office equipment up and running as quickly as possible.

Our team of factory-trained Service Technicians take great pride in refurbishing pre-owned plotters and office printers.

Every Topaz pre-owned machine is carefully evaluated before we decide to resell it. Once chosen each machine is thoroughly cleaned inside and out and all necessary parts are replaced by our team of factory-authorized technicians.

Our goal is to deliver refurbished equipment with all Covid-19 safeguards in mind. Every printer is fully tested and setup prior to delivery. Before final sign off by you Topaz will make sure the equipment is configured to meet your production needs.

Since Covid 19 changed the world we have quickly adapted to help our customers. These changes include doing remote demonstrations of our most popular wide format printers and office equipment.

During your remote demonstration you can see a printer and all of its features including touch panel and software tools.

To address this we preinstall our machines at our facility so they are ready to plug in. We drop off your new machine and then perform a remote installation and training for you. If we do need to come on site our technicians all wear masks and practice social distancing.
